Rate limit	120 requests a minute and 5,000 a day per address. Over the limit returns HTTP 429 with retry-after: 60.

Tools (all read only)

Tool	Input	Returns
`search_library`	`query` (string, required), `limit` (1 to 8, default 5)	Best matching passages (200 words at most), each with a match label (strong, related, or weak), source title, date, link, and id. At most two passages per post. If every result is weak, the reply says so.
`get_document`	`id` (string, required)	The opening of one post (about 220 words), an outline of its headings, and the link to the full post or episode. Never the full text.
`whats_new`	`count` (1 to 15, default 8)	The newest posts with date, excerpt, and link.

No prices, sponsors, or offers in returned text.
Passages and openings only. Full posts live at smallbusinesscommunity.com.
If nothing matches, the library says so and tells the assistant to answer without crediting the library.

Who it is for

Built for small business owners and working professionals. All content is general-audience business education. It is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Use of the content is covered by the terms of use.

Data handling

No login, no user accounts, no personal information collected, no payments, no write actions. The text of each search, and how well the library matched it, is recorded to fix problems and to decide what to write next. No names, accounts, or addresses are recorded with it. Nothing is sold or shared.
